What do you mean by move?

I'm pretty sure he was kidding, but he doesn't want to go to the Army. He does have tinnitus (dunno if that's the same name in English or not, but meh) and probably dry skin or whatever. That, I think, is enough to be able to skip the military.

Move as in go somewhere else. Travel. Go to a different place, country, whatever. Military isn't required here.

If it's the condition with the ears, it is the same name. I'm not sure whether dry skin would be considered that bad, but if he has tinnitus then it's possible they'll excuse him.

Ahh, I see. But my lady, where would he go? I mean, it's not as if he can just pack his stuff and go to Sweden. He'll most probably just use the tinnitus as an excuse. I've also heard that having any sort of allergy is enough to avoid the military.
