Check it out for some nerdy avatars, in case you can't find your own. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of Pokemon in there.
To access: click 'Profile', and there will be a link to 'Avatar' or similar. You can then choose to view the Avatar Gallery, and the rest is obvious.

I've now set up a name changing feature, by the looks of it it's unlimited, too.
